I'm a veteran advertising photographer.
Frequently my projects involve freezing action, pours, spills, and creating images that might ordinarily require locations, stock photography and CGI. I've put together many complicated productions in both the analog and the digital world, requiring a minimum of post production. I've shot a snow clogged road for VW, a pristine tropical beach for Coke, and a glacier encased mastodon for Xbox, all without the need to leave the studio.
My background in the analog photography world instilled in me sensibilities to make my work as real and convincing as possible. I'm careful when combining disparate elements to do so seamlessly, naturally, and credibly.
After all these years, the work continues to fascinate. Each project is an education in something new.
